New Year 28th Dec 2025 - 2nd Jan 2026 Caravan & Motorhome Club Cirencester GL7 1UT N 51.714180 W 1.984030 Courtney and Lynn have proposed a repeat get together for New Year at The Caravan Club site, in Cirencester. This was a well supported and very enjoyable event last New Year. The Club site is situated next to Cirencesater Park which is part of the Bathurst Estate. There is a delightful café in the Park, a few hundred yards from the campsite. The café made us very welcome and we were able to make use of their Pizza restaurant area as a place to gather and have a natter over morning coffee and cake. It is an easy stroll through the Park into Cirencester town where there are plenty of interesting shops and eating places. On New Years Eve, we will arrange a group evening dinner at the local Thai restaurant. We will need to make a choice of menu beforehand. The restaurant can seat up to 30 of us - so, plenty of room for all. You will need to book the campsite directly with the Caravan Club and it is strongly recommended that you book a.s.a.p. because the site is usually full at New Year and it books up quickly. Also, plan to arrive as early as possible in the afternoon because the best pitches get snatched up quickly! The proposed dates are to arrive December 28th and depart January 2nd, but of course, you are welcome to pick your own dates as suit you. Last time we were 9 motorhomes (18 people). It would be lovely to see more join us this year. It is the best New Years Eve Party !!!
